FOR PHILIPPINES RELEASE ONLY - The new face of the Philippines’ leading fashion brand PENSHOPPE is none other than international star ED WESTWICK, better known the world over as Chuck Bass, an overly confident and sexy bad boy, in the popular television series “Gossip Girl,” from Josh Schwartz (“The O.C.”), based on the tremendously popular book series about privileged teenagers who attend an elite private school in New York City.
This is an AT&T advertising campaign that was designed by Jose Estrada, a Mexican, who won a million dollars in an open competition organized by AT&T just using painted hands and a mobile phone. Quite amazing!!! Enjoy it!
“We always tell him that what is important is not the applause of people but the approval of God. Even if he scores high in his studies or in sports, but is not at peace with our Lord, then his efforts are wasted. On the other hand, he may perform poorly in whatever activity, but if he is in a state of grace and it is offered to God, then he will always come out a ‘winner’ in God’s eyes.”—Lianne Tiu
Few days ago, I was looking for charity events or something that will be worth it. When I checked my email, I received a message from Nuffnang. They are inviting bloggers to participate in an adventure with a cause. Hmm… Mountain trekking? Then for a cause pa? Why not?!

I went to Philippine Fashion Week Holiday ‘11 last Saturday, May 14. Eric delos Santos, Jerome Salaya Ang, Sassa Jimenez, Regatta, Vaio Design Fusion (Bo Parcon, Don Protacio, Russell Villafuerte, Veejay Floresca, Xernan Orticio) and Visions&Trends (Aries Lagat, Enrico Carado, Happy Andrada, Jaki Peñalosa, Jan Garcia, Kenneth Chua, Regine Dulay, Oz Go) showed their collections. I didn’t get to see the previous shows due to some errands plus health issue. But! At least, I attended one of the best days of PFW… proud to see my FIP colleagues—Aries Lagat and Oz Go—collections. There was only one problem though… my bloggie battery got empty. I forgot to charge it before going to SMX. *stupid* Anyway, here are some photos from PFW Holiday ‘11 - Day 6:
Before going to Bieber concert, we had our kapampangan dinner at Ebun(G/F Entertainment Mall of SM Mall of Asia). Tita Marilyn took us there to try their dishes. In my mother’s side, Tita Claudia married a kapampangan. That’s why we’re quite familiar with kapampangan food. #ilovesisig I love the place! I was like in a yellow wonderland! #chos #yellowismyfavecolor Anyway, after eating our dinner.. we spent a little more time to chitchat anything under the sun. And while we were walking, we met some fan girls of Bieber. So we asked their permission and snapped a photo of them. Around six pm, we went to SM MOA Concert Grounds(SM Central Business Park I, Island A, Bay City).
This was how Justin Bieber depicted the show last Tuesday night. He is very sick and unwell even before he came to our country(Philippines). I heard he has been sick since sometime last week. But in spite of chest infection, he was an absolute beast last Tuesday night(as tweeted by Dan Kanter).
My friend asked me to check her FB and see if we’re talking about the same guy(this guy kasi had been part of our lives and for me, we had no closure). So I did. And, BOOM! It’s true! My friend told me that this guy was such a horndog(sorry for the term). I really don’t know what to say. I never thought he will be a person like that.. But you know what, I heard this bluff even before I found this out from my friend. Marami pang ibang balita ang lumipad sa akin tungkol sa kanya. Wala naman ako magagawa kung totoo yun. And it was like three years ago na. Since then, I agreed with the saying na ‘one day you’ll ask yourself why did I like this person?’ Apparently, my abashment grows even more.
"Thank God, he’s your past now," yan ang sinasabi sa akin ng mga kapatid ko whenever I heard something about him. And I had moved on. I’m happy right now. It’s just that I’m still in shock! Though we had no closure, he had been a good guy to me. Anyways, I just thought writing this down. Have you learned something from this post? Sorry, my randomness attacks! Tsk. *head-scratching* :D
